Additional Services & Complex Files. The above pricing applies to standard transactions within the stated scope. Additional fees may apply where a file involves unusual complexity, expedited or rush service, compressed timelines, multiple properties or titles, multiple lenders or mortgages, corporate/trust ownership, private or construction financing, significant deficiencies, extensive revisions, unusual post-closing requirements, or work outside the agreed scope.
Any additional fee will be communicated to the lawyer/notary for approval before the additional work is undertaken, where reasonably practicable.
Professional responsibility: Trustera Support Services Ltd. provides administrative, paralegal and legal operations support to lawyers, notaries and other authorized professionals. The responsible lawyer or notary remains responsible for legal advice, professional judgment, supervision and any matter that must legally or professionally be performed or approved by them.

The fees above apply to standard files based on the scope of services described. All Trustera fees are subject to applicable GST.
Additional fees may apply where a matter involves unusual complexity, extensive documentation, multiple applicants, significant revisions, urgent processing, compressed timelines, additional submissions, extensive follow-up, or work outside the standard scope.
Government & Third-Party Fees. Government fees and other disbursements are additional. Trustera's fees do not include government or third-party fees, where applicable:

Judicial Review Support Services
Federal Court – Immigration & Refugee Matters. Professional file preparation and litigation support for lawyers handling immigration and refugee judicial review matters before the Federal Court.

Government and third-party disbursements will be charged in addition to Trustera's service fee.
Complex & Rush Matters. The above fees apply to standard matters within the stated scope. Additional fees may apply for:
- Urgent or expedited matters
- Extremely short filing deadlines
- Extensive records
- Multiple applicants
- Multiple underlying immigration applications
- Complex procedural histories
- Large books of authorities
- Extensive document organization
- Multiple motions
- Additional rounds of revisions
- Significant formatting or technical issues
- Work outside the agreed scope
Where reasonably practicable, Trustera will advise the responsible lawyer of any additional fee before undertaking the additional work.
