Frequently Asked Questions

Everything legal professionals ask before getting started.

Trustera works exclusively with licensed legal professionals and legal organizations, including lawyers, law firms, notaries, immigration consultants and corporate legal departments. We do not work directly with members of the public.

No. Trustera provides legal support and administrative services only. We do not provide legal advice to anyone, including your clients. All legal advice remains the responsibility of the licensed professional we support.

Yes, within the scope you define. Many clients have us handle client follow-up, intake and scheduling under your firm’s name and instructions, while all legal advice continues to come from you.

We use access-controlled, secure systems, restrict file access to assigned team members, and require confidentiality commitments from every team member. Our processes are designed around confidentiality by default, not as an afterthought.

Yes. Most clients start with a single file type or task — such as document preparation or a specific administrative function — and expand once they see the quality and turnaround.

Turnaround depends on file complexity and volume. During your consultation, we’ll agree on turnaround expectations for each file type, and our production process is built to meet them consistently.

Let your account manager know and we will review and correct the file. Continuous improvement is a core part of how we operate, and recurring issues are addressed at the process level, not just the file level.

Yes, we are able to enter into confidentiality agreements as part of onboarding new clients.

Pricing depends on file type, complexity, volume and turnaround requirements. We offer fixed-fee services, monthly plans, volume discounts and custom enterprise pricing — quoted after a short consultation.

No long-term contract is required to get started. Many clients begin with a smaller volume of files and scale up as they see results.

Yes. Our team structure is designed to scale — adding capacity as your file volume grows without requiring you to hire, train or manage new staff directly.

We provide trust accounting support for real estate files, such as statement preparation, under your supervision. Final responsibility for trust accounts remains with the supervising licensed professional.
